Before you proceed to the application form, please read the following important details about leading a workshop or experience at the Evolve & Unite Festival:

Workshop Alignment & Materials
All workshops and experiences must align with the core values of our festival, including conscious wellness, healing, alternative modalities, embodiment practices, and personal transformation. Facilitators are responsible for bringing any materials or props needed for their session. Audio/visual equipment is available for rent—please contact us directly if you require A/V support.

Compensation & Travel
Offering a workshop or experience at our festival is a voluntary opportunity, and there is no financial compensation. Any travel, accommodations, or related expenses are the sole responsibility of the facilitator.

Facilitator Promotion Commitment
To help maximize engagement and attendance, workshop facilitators are expected to promote their participation in the festival through their social media platforms, email newsletters, and other relevant channels.

Application & Approval Process
All applications are reviewed carefully, but not all will be approved due to high demand. If selected, you will receive an email from our team within 3-5 business days with confirmation. If approved, you will be assigned a day and time for your workshop or experience. Once you confirm and accept your scheduled time, we will begin promoting your offering in our marketing materials and on social media.
